Description

WELKIN is a natural/non-antibiotic growth promoter to replace antibiotics. It is a micro-encapsulated combination of natural active essential oil ingredients with strong antibacterial effect and good palatability. The micro-encapsulated technology significantly improve the stability and palatability of essential oil, and make the active ingredient released with controlled and targeted action. WELKIN can effectively inhibit pathogens, promote animal growth performance.

Animal trial

The effect of WELKIN on growth performance in weaning piglets

Animal: 96 weaning piglets were divided into 3 groups. The piglets were fed with diet as the following treatments.

Test period: 35 days

Conclusion

The addition of 300g/T WELKIN to weaning piglets diet can increase ADG and decrease FCR. The FCR in WELKIN group is 9.5% lower than control group and 3.0% lower than antibiotic group. WELKIN can replace antibiotics to improve the growth performance of weaning piglets.
