Phytase
It is heat-stable and tolerant to pepsin and trypsin. It can break down indigestible phytic acid (phytate) and release digestible phosphorus, calcium, and other nutrients. As an animal feed additive used in poultry and pigs, it can improve nutritional value by releasing inorganic phosphate from phytic acid (myo-inositol hexakisphosphate), thereby reducing environmental phosphorus pollution.

Enzyme propocies：

1.The optimal pH of Phytase was 3.5,  Phytase showed higher activity between pH 2.5 and 5.5, making it more suitable for phytic acid digestion in the animal gastrointestinal tract.

2.The activity of Phytase could maintain 80% or more, which the results showed that phytase had very good heat resistance.
