Pullulanase
Pullulanase is a kind of heat stable debranching enzyme (starch α-1,6-glucosidase) which can be applied in low pH condition and hydrolyze the α-1,6-D-glucoside bond for producing linear polysaccharides which contains 1,4-α-D-linear chain. It can closely cooperate with other enzymes, e.g. glucoamylase and fungal amylase, and efficiently act onto amylopectin as a result of faster reaction speed and higher yield of glucose and maltose.

Features :

1. Applicable range of pH value: 4.0-6.5:the optimum pH is 4.5

2. Temperature range: 40-65℃, the most suitable temperature is about 60℃Pullulanase has better stability when it is lower than 70°C, with a residual activity above 90%. When the temperature is higher than 70°C, the enzyme activity begins to decline rapidly.

Functions:

1. Supplement the deficiency of the secretion of endogenous digestive enzymes in young animals and improve the digestibility of starch.

2. Hydrolyze starch chain fulcrum, make up for the shortage of other amylase restriction sites, and better hydrolysis of starch.

3.  Improve the energy utilization of animal feed, so as to reduce the feed cost.
